        Home Repair Services of Ohio, LLC is located in Springboro, Ohio with a satellite office in Logan County in the Bellefontaine and Indian Lake area.    Our contractors are highly skilled, clean and courteous professionals.  We are a small-business and we normally only work on one job at a time which allows to be present most of the time while the job is being completed. This makes it easy for the customer to make changes in the job and for the business owner to answer any questions the customer may have. 
  Most of our work comes from previous customers.  Our customers often refer their friends and family to us. We have customers in the Springboro, Dayton, Englewood, Kettering, Miamisburg, Oakwood, Centerville, Trotwood,  Ohio, and the throughout the MiamiValley.  Being that we do minimal yellow page advertisements or full-page newspaper advertisements, our operating expenses are low and we pass the savings onto you.

WINTER AND SPRING BASEMENT FINISHING & REMODELING

Our basement remodeling will increase the value of your house and increase your living area. Basements make a great bright and quiet play room for the kids and a great entertaining room for the adults! We can install egress windows (fire escape windows) to build legal bedrooms in your basement. During your basement remodeling, if you like, we can refer you to an excellent Interior Decorator that we will work closely with.

• We will computer design your basement layout and provide the homeowner with a diagram. This makes it easier for the homeowner to visualize their basement finished.
• We can add a wet bar, a kitchen and in most cases, a bathroom.
• Our basements are framed with wood 2" x 4" studding 16" apart.  Most competitors put their studs 24" apart for a lower quality job and to increase their profit margin.
• We run new 12 gauge wiringthat is wired to new circuit breakers for the safest basement.  Most competitors use 14 gauge wires (thinner wire) to increase their profit margin.
• Our basements are very brightly lighted. This helps the basement look like it is an upstairs room. We normally install a dimmer switch on our lights so that they can be dimmed for watching TV.
• We use treated lumber for the sill plate (the horizontal board at the bottom of the wall that rest on the basement floor) to resist rot. Most competitors use untreated lumber to increase their profit margin.
• If the basement is not already insulated, we will install vapor barrier insulation.  Most competitors use thin plastic for vapor barrier with no insulation to increase their profit margin.
• When we begin work on your project , we will be on-the-job Monday through Friday until the job is completed.  We will complete your job before starting a new  job.
• We will work with a contract, showing the start date and completion date, work to be completed and our work hours. We can also supply you with previous customers  phone numbers that we have worked for. (We have their permission for this.)
• The company owner is on the job most of the time while the work is being done. If you have any questions or changes, I am there!
• All of our basements are inspected by local building and electrical inspectors.
